These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the legal framework for making the site and services available by Supply Logica and define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the “User.”
These Terms are accessible on the site under the “Terms of Use” section.
ARTICLE 1: Legal notice

The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense.
Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To access them, they must register by completing the form. By registering for reserved services, the registered User agrees to provide truthful and accurate information concerning their identity and contact details, including their email address.
To access the services, the User must then log in using the username and password that will be provided to them after registration.
Any duly registered User may also request to unsubscribe by visiting the dedicated page in their personal area. This will take effect within a reasonable time.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance, does not engage the liability of app.supplylogica.com. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

ARTICLE 3: Data collection

The trademarks, logos, signs, and all content on the site (texts, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and in particular by copyright law.
The Supply Logica mark is a registered trademark of Supply Logica, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS). Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this mark, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
The User must obtain prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copying of various content. They agree to use the site’s content strictly for private purposes; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly forbidden.
Any total or partial representation of this site, by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator constitutes infringement sanctioned by Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
As a reminder, pursuant to Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, a User who reproduces, copies, or publishes protected content must cite the author and the source.
ARTICLE 5: Liability of the Publisher

The site’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
ARTICLE 5.1: User’s Liability
Credentials and security:
The User is responsible for risks related to the use of their username and password. The password must remain secret. In case of disclosure or unauthorized use, the User must inform the Publisher without delay; the Publisher disclaims any responsibility for uses prior to such notification.
Accuracy and updating of information:
The User is solely responsible for the data and content they enter or upload into the Service, including: information relating to products and references, purchases, suppliers, traceability and supply chain (including, where applicable, geolocation, plots, volumes, species/origins), audit documents, attestations, and certificates.
The User warrants that this information is accurate, complete, up to date, and not misleading, and agrees to update it without delay in the event of any change.
Rights and regulatory transmission:
The User warrants that they hold all necessary rights and authorizations to provide this information and these documents and agrees that they may be processed and transmitted by Supply Logica, acting as a SaaS provider/technical intermediary, to the European Union system (TRACES system) within the framework of Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR/RDUE).
Role of the Publisher:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Publisher does not perform substantive verification of the content provided by the User. Any checks (automated or formal) do not constitute validation on the merits and do not entail any obligation of result regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information.
Indemnification:
Any use of the Service by the User, as well as any inaccuracy, omission, or delay in updating the information and documents provided, that directly or indirectly results in damage, claims, costs, fines, or penalties (including from authorities), shall give rise to indemnification in favor of the Publisher.
ARTICLE 6: Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave app.supplylogica.com. The site has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.
ARTICLE 7: Cookies
The User is informed that during their visits to the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on their browser software.
Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the User’s computer hard drive by their browser and are necessary for the use of app.supplylogica.com. ARTICLE 8: Governing law and jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
